Do you repair other brands?

Yes, we provide non-warranty repairs for most well-known brands of keyboards, mice, and headsets.

How long does a repair take?

On average, repairs take 3 to 10 business days, depending on the complexity of the issue and service workload.

I purchased my device in Ukraine but am currently abroad. How can I use the warranty?

For Dark Project devices, the warranty is valid in European countries for products purchased in Ukraine. For other brands officially distributed by FS Distribution, please contact us by phone or email, and we will provide options to resolve your issue.

What warranty do you provide?

Standard warranty on completed repairs is 90 days. For warranty repairs of Dark Project, FragON, ATK, VXE, FGG, and MCHOSE brands, the warranty period is extended by the duration of the repair.

Do you restore devices after liquid damage?

Yes, we perform diagnostics and, if possible, restore device functionality. Please note that warranty repairs do not apply in such cases.

What are the requirements for warranty repair or replacement?
  • Clearly readable serial number on the device
  • Proof of purchase
  • Completed Warranty Card with a description of the issue
  • Contact phone number and email (or an additional number)
  • Diagnostic confirmation of the defect covered by the warranty
What are the reasons a warranty repair or replacement may be denied?
  • Warranty does not cover consumables or accessories (holders, feet, ear cushions, braiding, etc.) and devices with:
  • Mechanical or physical damage
  • Signs of moisture, foreign objects, substances, or organisms inside
  • Missing or damaged warranty seal or serial number
  • Damage due to improper use or handling
  • Evidence of self-repair or unauthorized opening
